Recruitment Process-2

Preliminary Interviews

  • Professionals Panel of various faculties to evaluate appropriate capabilities viz., aptitude, attitude, IQ, EQ, SQ and presentation skills, etc.
  • Preliminary interviews held at peripheral areas by our highly qualified and experienced professionals thereby saving the time of the client
  • Assessment of scientifically developed reporting and assessment forms for qualitative review

Pre-Screening by our Experts

  • Short-listing of CVs to meet client’s specifications & requirements
  • We conduct preliminary interviews in order to ascertain the capacity of applicants (as per details furnished by them in their CV’s)
  • We forward a complete set of CVI’s of candidates to clients for their review and evaluation, if required

Recruitment Process-3

Express documentation

  • Accelerated compilation of needful documentation and annexure viz., Passport copy, Declaration form, Agreement etc. to comply with the regulation of visas for different countries, at the stipulated sequence

Bare Minimum wastage of visas

  • Diagnosing the candidate’s pre-medical fitness through the authorised medical centre to avoid wastage of visas
  • Prevention of last moment cancellation of the departure through constant persuasion of the candidate

Post Recruitments Process

  • Orientation to candidates about their employers, working atmosphere, etiquette laws of lands, environmental conditions etc., To help candidates acclimatize to facilitate his/her productivity. also, a special orientation to ensure the completion of their tenure as per the contract and more

Timely Mobilization

  • The expeditious departure of candidates for timely deployment to client’s satisfaction
  • Keeping candidates posted of visa status to enable them to start at short notice
  • Timely completion of travel formalities such as medical examination, endorsement of visa emigration clearance, insurance, ticketing, etc..,
  • Strict adherence to schedules fixed by our clients, thanks to our in – house air ticketing facility
  • Keeping the clients posted on the candidate’s travel agenda, 48 hours in advance

The orientation of Candidates before Employment

  • We will keep the candidates posted of the IPA (or) EP status so that they are ready for departures even at short notice.
  • We will complete travel formalities upon receipt of / endorsement of visa and inform clients regarding the departure of candidates.
  • we strictly adhere to our client’s instructions at every stage of the recruitment and employ the candidates within the stipulated time.
